Teddy Kim is a principal of Avanti Holdings Group based in his hometown of Alexandria, Virginia. He directs all acquisition efforts and oversees ongoing operations related to leasing, tenant management, zoning, legal issues and selling. Mr. Kim also interfaces with all lenders and agents. Mr. Kim started his professional life at age 19 when he started an HVAC service company. He then moved into building management, janitorial and logistics. Since then, Mr. Kim has founded, operated and owned businesses in several other industries such as transportation, technology and most recently a restaurant. With over 12 years of real estate experience, Mr. Kim has acquired more than 10 commercial properties in the DC area. He has been involved in the renovation and construction of over 20 properties. He has extensive experience in acquisition, leasing, renovation, repositioning, dispositions and financing. Mr. Kim attended T.C. Williams High School, where he began working as an AutoCad designer for a local steam generator manufacture for 2 years at age 14. He then went onto study Urban Planning at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg Virginia. Mr. Kim resides in Alexandria, Virginia and is passionate about travel, food and skiing.
Keinan Ashkenazi grew up in the South Florida area before moving to Washington, DC for his undergraduate studies. Following his undergraduate time, he lived and worked in various countries in Europe and South America. He eventually ended up back in Florida to obtain an MBA from the University of Florida. After moving back to Washington, DC a few years later, he, along with three business partners, founded Tempus Consulting, an international payment and foreign exchange firm. While at Tempus, Keinan focused on operations and the general management of the firm. In 2012, Tempus was sold to a large multi-national bank that specialized in foreign exchange, which provided the opportunity to enter the world of private equity and real estate investment. The private equity investments have been in a wide array of areas, including technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and even nightlife venues. During his time in private equity dealings, Keinan simultaneously grew a portfolio in real estate as a principal in Avanti Holdings Group. Keinan is married with three children and currently lives in Alexandria, VA, where he has been a resident for the past 18 years.
Gregory Salvaggio is a native New Yorker who graduated from Boston College in 1991. Greg began his career on Wall Street where he worked in trading and risk management positions for both the Union Bank of Switzerland and Goldman Sachs. With this finance background and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Greg moved to Washington DC in 1997 where he, along with three business partners, founded Tempus Consulting, an international payment and foreign exchange firm. In 2012, Tempus was acquired by a large multi-national bank, which paved the way for Greg to enter the world of private equity and real estate development. His private equity portfolio includes investments in technology, pharma, medical devices and hospitality businesses with a strong focus on early stage funding. It is through Avanti Holdings Group that he has been able to expand his real estate investments with a focus on growth and redevelopment in the Northern Virginia area. Greg has lived in the D.C. area for 20 years now, and he currently lives in Mclean, Virginia with his seven year old son.
Timothy Mulcahy is a graduate of both Kansas State University with a Civil Engineer degree and University of Kansas with his Juris Doctorate. Tim started his development career in Kansas City as Legal Counsel of Development with the J.C. Nichols Company. Previous to joining Avanti, Tim was the Division President of the Mid-Atlantic Northeast region for Lennar Multifamily Communities and was responsible for $935 million in active and pending developments within 4 years. Over the course of his career, Tim has started four development companies and has successfully developed 36 separate projects in 16 states totaling $3.2 billion in total development cost. He is a 25 year veteran of the multifamily industry, who has individually been responsible for the delivery of 14,500 apartment homes nationally. Tim currently resides with his family in northern Virginia.
Anna Perault was born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska before she attended both Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri and Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio for her undergraduate studies. She obtained a bachelor of science degree in biology while also pursuing several entrepreneurial endeavors in both food and retail. Although Anna had tentatively planned to attend medical school upon graduation, she decided to take a few years to explore other areas of interest to her. She followed her passions for small business ownership and development, and moved to Washington D.C. area shortly after graduation. She joined Avanti Holding Group in the summer of 2017, excited to learn from the experienced partners and grow her own portfolio in real estate and development. Anna currently resides in Washington, D.C.
